Equipment principle and main functions for hot melt glue labeling station: Pei Yu SPCTTB.RH series labeling machines are suitable for various specifications of trademarks and speed requirements according to different customer requirements, and the production speed can be adjusted steplessly. According to the actual requirements of the customer's bottle type, the labeling drum label feeding line speed and the bottle outer diameter composite line speed (the vector sum of the large turntable revolution line speed and the bottle rotation line speed) are completely equal between high, medium and low speeds, large, small and bottles, to ensure the labeling effect. The label feeding servo motor can achieve the function of no bottle no label feeding and no bottle no glue application at low speed. When the production line ensures that the bottle enters the machine intermittently, the label station can smoothly switch between label feeding and no label feeding, and the label cutting accuracy is normal. The equipment has the function of self-labeling. The equipment has a self-test function. After the self-test is fault-free, it can be operated in automatic, manual or jog mode. The machine has a jog operation mode. In the jog mode, all actions in the automatic mode can be completed, which is used to debug the machine. The human-machine interface can display the actual status of the machine, output, hot melt adhesive temperature, glue roller temperature and other information. When debugging or changing labels, the machine can be started manually or inching, which is easy to operate.
